“I have engaged Anthony’s Construction and Roofing many times during the past 10 years to do many of our hospitality properties. At the Nantucket Inn, AC&R was contracted for a three-year period to replace all windows, doors, fencing, roofing, and siding on our 100-room, 15-building inn. At the Ocean Mist Resort, AC&R was contracted to replace all roofs and decking to our 63-room, 2-building resort. At the Seacrest Resort, AC&R was contracted numerous times during the past 7 years to replace decks, roofs, windows, doors, and (undertake) interior renovations to rooms and public areas to our 266-room, 10-building complex. AC&R held the major contract at the Resort and Conference center at Hyannis (formerly the Sheraton) in our $14 million renovation of this 232-room, 6-building resort.
